Scaffold Staircases
SCAFFOLD STAIRCASES
For some projects a scaffold staircase is more practical and safe than a ladder access scaffold, this could be due to the height of the scaffold, the volume of workers on site using the scaffold or just as a matter of preference. At Thames Valley Scaffold we stock system type staircases also known as “Haki Staircases,” these are suitable for any scale of project and come in pre-formed sections that slot together. We also use universal staircases that fold out to the correct level and are usually used on single flights up to a first floor or a portacabin for example and come with a pre-formed handrail system that connects directly to the flight. For more complex locations we can form stairs using standard tube and fitting and single steel treads of varying widths depending on the gap available.
